Acupuncture Awareness Week
14/02/2012 16:11:25
The UK's first ever Acupuncture Awareness Week (AAW) will run from 27 February to 4 March 2012. It aims to dispel the myths surrounding acupuncture and give people the information they need about treatment and what to expect when they come to see an acupuncturist.
The British Acupuncture Council has created a consumer friendly micro-site which aims to explain in simple language what acupuncture is, how it works and how it can help patients. The website www.introducingacupuncture.co.uk includes videos of both case study testimonials and FAQ.
For further information about acupunture, and acupuncturists
working at the York Clinic, click on Acupuncture in the Therapies
section. Then pick up the phone and dial 01904 709688 to make an
appointment.
