Initial Consultation Package – £130
Two consultations (each lasting 1hr – 1hr15 ) taken a week apart at York clinic or via Skype.
During 1st session we discuss your health concerns and symptoms in detail and possible root causes. I will answer any questions you may have and suggest a few things you can implement right away. We will discuss and set realistic achievable goals.
Second session will take place a week later. I will go through my research and findings with you. You will then be given a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan along with a list of any supplements where appropriate to support your health concerns.
Follow up Consultation – (up to 45 mins) – £50
A follow up consultation is usually recommended after about 4 – 6 weeks. This enables you to put some changes in place and allows to discuss progress, tweak your action plan, and / or begin to develop your health plan and address any other issues. It is recommended that you keep a food and symptom diary for a few days before the appointment.
