“I use my experience of relating to you in sessions to understand your way of being in the world, how you make sense of it, how you relate to others and what might be getting in the way of your happiness, satisfaction or achievement. People thrive in environments of safety, nourishment, appropriate challenge, truth, trust and consent. I co-create an environment that facilitates personal exploration, change and growth.”
For those who use British Sign Language, I can arrange for a Level 6 B.S.L. Interpreter with a Level 2 qualification in Counselling to assist in our sessions. Please contact me for details.
I work with adults weekly or more often (usually for a minimum of six weeks) who struggle with or feel overwhelmed by aspects of their lives.
