He uses different approaches depending on your unique situation and circumstances to help with your specific needs.

Richard offers a safe space to explore personal and emotional problems. He’ll work at your pace to help you understand your difficulties and change things for the better.

This may include specific problems like anxiety and depression, or could be something more general that is harder to put into words. Whatever the issue, you’ll work together to make sense of what’s happening and look to improve things in your life.
