About your treatment
Your initial hypnotherapy consultation will be the time to discuss what you want to achieve. Common issues include quitting an unhealthy habit, or ridding yourself of a fear. But hypnotherapy is also incredibly effective in bringing change to negative thought processes or patterns of behaviour, such as anxiety, anger and self hate. Whatever it is, your practitioner will know how to guide you to a more positive, liberated place. There is no set number of sessions, as the treatment is tailored to your individual requirements. Depending on the issue, some people need just two sessions, while others need a longer course of therapy.
